Jeremy A. Huang
I am a 2019 graduate of Carnegie Mellon University’s School of Computer Science and a back-end Software Engineer at Compass. I have experience in operating system and compiler design through coursework, and have assorted work experience in software engineering. Through my courses at CMU, I also have acquired knowledge of machine learning and theory of quantum computation, among other subjects.
My other interests range from physics to philosophy. At CMU, I pursued a minor in physics with a slight focus on modeling physical processes with computers. I also served on the executive board of the CMU Humanist League for 3 years, working on a team to bring renowned speakers to campus and hold discussions on a range of philosophical and controversial topics. In addition, I have pursued a curiosity about the mechanisms of human cognition through coursework and research in cognitive neuroscience at CMU.
I am a US Citizen and speak both English and Mandarin Chinese.
